Privacy notice

Your organisation controls the personal data in this portal. RanmiLMS processes it on their behalf to run the service.

We store your name, email, sign-in records, course activity, results and certificates, and the files you submit.

Data is kept while your account exists and for the periods your organisation sets for learning records. Deleted accounts are anonymised after 30 days.

You can ask your organisation for a copy of your data or for it to be erased.
